If you arrive at the port of Forio—where Alilauro hydrofoils (www.alilauro.it) dock—we will come to pick you up with our complimentary shuttle.

Alternatively, you can take a hydrofoil or ferry from Naples to Ischia Porto or Casamicciola; from there, you can take a taxi or a public bus and get off at Forio (San Francesco area).

We have a mini and junior club for children aged 3 and up. For younger children aged 1 and 2, we provide a trusted nanny during your spa treatments.

Only in some periods, we have the all-inclusive treatment (breakfast, lunch and dinner), in other periods we do half board (breakfast and dinner) or the room with breakfast, water is always included with meals.

The nearest beach is San Francesco bay which is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel, you can reach it with a short walk,

Alternatively, we have our free shuttle that takes you to the Chiaia beach from 9am to 1pm and from 3pm to 6pm, where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas.
At Chiaia beach there is a beautiful free beach; you can request a small umbrella there free of charge, which you can take exclusively to the free beaches.

The beach must be booked independently. When booking, please ask us for our contact details to book the Lido.

The rooms will be delivered by 3.00 pm,

On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10am, but you can leave your luggage at the reception desk.

Pets are allowed for a small daily fee. The only restriction is that they are not allowed in the dining room.
