Just a few minutes' drive from our hotel is the Chiaia beach, a carpet of soft fine sand with gently sloping shallow water, ideal for safe bathing if you have small children. You can reach the beach with our convenient free shuttle that departs directly from our hotel from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. every day non-stop. Alternatively, you can walk a few minutes to reach San Francesco Beach, a beautiful bay with fine sand but deeper water.
The beach service is subject to a fee. It includes, in addition to the entrance, also sunbeds and umbrella. Upon request, we will provide all the information to put you in touch with the Lidos' managers. Ischia has many beaches and, even if you stay more than a week, you can discover a different beach or bay every day. There are also free beaches. One experience we recommend is to rent a boat to explore the island by sea. This way, you can discover the island's many picturesque bays that can only be reached by sea.
